Responsibilities:

• Creating end user documentation
• Designing and adding content to pages for the tools, products, and services GSU provides for students, faculty, and staff
• Documenting all of the live support documentation in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet during the migration to ServiceNow
• Managing the school event listings on the school website

Collaboration Tools:

One of my bigger assignments was to redesign the Collaboration Tools page. With a growing library of new tools available, GSU wanted a fresh new page to serve as their hub.

With the help of a multimedia artist for the background images, I redesigned the page with a three column grid.
